An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. Orders will be filled within two (2) working days subject to credit clearance and address verification. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
Any large shipping fee discrepancies (over $5) will be refunded
FunkyRelic DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week.
All FunkyRelic items are final sale and are cannot be returned. We take great care in our descriptions, pointing out any patina issues, and listing measurements. Please look at our pictures and descriptions carefully and contact us at email@example.com for additional pictures or questions before purchasing.
Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 business days of package arrival, please e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your damaged merchandise. Damages not reported within 5 business days of package arrival cannot be refunded. Please keep and photograph all packaging and include a copy of invoice or receipt.
